Our History
RDR Flooring began in 2003. The company gained traction by quickly becoming one of Wal-Mart’s preferred flooring contractors and is currently a preferred Polisher for Ollie’s Bargain Outlet and Rack Room Shoes. The company is based out of San Antonio and performs work throughout the country.
RDR Flooring has HABE/HUB/MBE/SBE/WBE certifications. All of our workers are in-house as we do not use any Subcontractors. It is through this approach that RDR has gained the reputation as a quality installer who works effectively and efficiently while maintaining safe construction practices.
Our Culture
RDR Flooring is family owned and operated company. The family culture reverberates throughout the company from the top down. It’s a true work hard play hard mentality that allows for a fun atmosphere that is truly one of a kind. From diving into breakfast tacos to enjoying some smoked ribs off our pits, Holiday eats is just one of the many ways that RDR takes care of its workers. RDR appreciates the grinding that its employees take on in the ever so demanding field of construction and aims to please its dedicated workers.
