Polished Concrete

Polished Concrete is becoming the wave of the future due its aesthetics, cost effectiveness, ease of maintenance and sustainability. The process involves grinding the concrete with progressively finer grits so as to obtain a desired level of aggregate exposure (Class A, B, C or D) and level of sheen (Level 1, 2, 3 or 4). Grinding the surface creates a smoother profile allowing for light to reflect, while the Densifier reduces the porosity of the concrete.  The combination create a truly one-of-a-kind floor that, when properly maintained, will last for years and outperform other floor types based on life-cycle costs.

Vinyl Composition Tile

VCT, or Vinyl Composition Tile, is a very popular product due to its cost and abrasion resistance.  It has the ability to withstand heavy foot traffic and is typically less expensive than other floor coverings.  VCT also has a low-carbon footprint and low maintenance costs.

Ceramic Tile

Ceramic Tile is often used in wet areas due to its resistance and impermeability.  It is ideal for kitchens, restrooms and bathrooms as it can withstand any plumbing woes.  Ceramic Tile is available in many different shapes and sizes which allows for virtually limitless design options.

Resinous Flooring

Resinous Flooring is beginning to become very popular in the Commercial sector. There are numerous applications like RRs, Kitchens, Outdoor Patios, Garages, etc. Quartz & Flake systems are very common and because they can be any color, design possibilities are virtually limitless. 

Luxury Vinyl Tile

LVT, or Luxury Vinyl Tile, is another resilient flooring that is gaining popularity as its designs can mimic natural wood or stone allowing for a warmth not typically found in the commercial setting.  LVT comes in your typical square sizes as well as planks nearly five feet long.  It is extremely durable and requires relatively low maintenance.

Quarry Tile

Quarry Tile is made of clay and fire-kiln dried resulting in a naturally dense, non-porous and water resistant material. Because of these characteristics, quarry tile is very low maintenance and ideal for high traffic areas and wet areas like kitchens and restrooms.
